The "make it work" Florida Styled Bridal shoot
This has to be one of my favorite styled shoots ever put together right in my hometown of Indialantic Florida and i'm stoked to share part 1 of it with you guys.
"Whats a styled shoot?"
Its something that takes tons of planning, we gather together with other vendors, florists, venues, Designers, makeup artists etc you name it its probably involved! You make it to form a team to put together a "pretend wedding". Sometimes it doesn't always work out like that.. Sometimes plans change and things are to be rescheduled but you don't just give up you make due... you MAKE IT WORK!
For this I spent around $75-80 total for literally almost everything.. which is insanely low and under my target budget (yes even including the dress). Speaking of the dress I really lucked out on this one in particular because I found it for $30 while farting around at Ross! Yep. You read that right, ROSS!! As far as the floral decor and other random decor such as the lace curtain I found at goodwill for $3, along with the tulle pieces you see holding the faux flowers together, her veil I made with a softer thinner champagne matte tulle, super glue, and a blank hair clip. 11yds total of 3 different tulle fabrics + floral pieces I arranged + glue & hairpiece = $40.
The only vendor who DIDN'T cancel that day was the lovely Makeup artist, Briana de Bengson. Who did an absolutley fabulous job on our bride Savanna's makeup. Absolutley Flawless...
From that point We finished up Savanna's Hair. Soft tussled bomshell curls pinned back to make way to fit in the veil.
From this point on are several stunning bridal portraits! At one point it started raining randomly for a short time but that didn't stop us from continuing.. we KEPT GOING. Plus a little 5 minute FL rain cant hurt :). We will shoot again for part 2 which will include the whole 9 yards venue, florist, tables, ceremony, etc Maybe even a little video! So stay tuned and enjoy the gallery!
